The A-frame design for a 1972 Land Rover Series III has progressed to framing and study models. The sturdy A-frame design will allow the top to be lifted up and the Land Rover driven away for topless motoring.
A top-hinged door will allow the driver to park and exit the vehicle. Canvas end caps with quarter-turn fasteners are planned for each end to keep out some rain and snow.
Construction of the Patio and Fence at the Petroleum Club is proceeding on schedule for an August 28th opening date!

Posts are Spray Arc Metalized for a cleaner look than galvanized. Perforated aluminum matches recent building facade updates. Wood is 5/4 Cedar to be left to weather. Tall posts are for future lighting improvements.
