William Merriman Architects is pleased to welcome aspiring architect Lisa Smith to Alaska for the summer. Lisa is a senior architectural design major at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Lisa is President of James Madison’s chapter of the American Institute of Architecture Students, and will present her thesis in May of 2019.
Lisa will apply her talents to ongoing residential projects, marketing and social media outreach efforts.
Lisa is from Crozier, Virginia where her family operates a cattle farm. Lisa was drawn to Alaska for the opportunity to explore the state, go fishing and enjoy an Alaska summer.
