An Architect’s designs are intellectual property. We spend a good deal of time and effort to skillfully craft unique Architecture and are protective of our Catalog Homes.
By purchasing a set of our SCHEMATIC PLANS you agree to utilize the drawings for study purposes only. They cannot be transferred, sold or constructed.
By purchasing a set of our CONSTRUCTION PLANS you are purchasing the rights to construct (1) one example of the work. The plans cannot be transferred, sold or constructed a second time without authorization by us. You must provide your intended project location and contact information to purchase the CONSTRUCTION PLANS. Accreditation for published works based on our designs must be given.
